Pay Pal handle payments in assocation with the photographer and this will be reflected in your statement. Berry Photography will be handling the delivery of your order and you should contact them in the first instance with any questions regarding delivery.

Delivery Policy
Whilst we aim to process & dispatch orders within a few days, to ensure the maximum level of quality in all processing, please allow a period of 14-28 days for delivery in Mainland Britain. For all International orders (all destinations outside of mainland Britain), please allow a period of 21-28 days. This includes all processing, framing, packaging and distribution.

Refund Policy
Please choose carefully as refunds may not be given on prints due to the custom nature of the product. If you do have any queries please contact us to discuss your options.
