Wedding Services 2009

Weddings can be expensive; we want to be remembered by our clients for providing excellent Service and Products at reasonable cost. Rather than having a rigid pricing structure that does not take into account what you want we take the view that everything can be negotiated.

The range of Services are for guidance only, we prefer to meet with you and discuss your exact requirements. Only then can we design you a unique Service and provide an exact quote best suited to meet your needs.

Prices starting from £440 ( discounts available for for small parties + midweek bookings)

Silver**

• Ideal for the smaller wedding this package consists of formal photographs
  concentrating mainly on the Bride and Groom, with a small number of Guest pictures.
• Commencing before the service and ending with a mock cutting of the cake.
• 40 - 7" x 5" prints of your choice from those displayed on our website.
• Additional prints can be ordered as required

• Tailored to meet more traditional requirements this package includes a mixture of reportage as well as
  formal photographs of the Bride and Groom, their relatives and guests.
• Commencing before the ceremony and ending with a mock cutting of the cake.
• 70 - 7" x 5" prints of your choice from those displayed on our website.
• Two 'A4' sized prints of your choice.
• Additional prints can be ordered as required.

• Designed to capture your complete wedding day, a mixture of reportage as well as formal photographs
  of the Bride and Groom, their relatives and guests.
• This service is ideally suited to capture your complete day and lends itself to provide a complete storybook memory.
• Commencing with the Bride preparing for her very special day and continuing through until the
  Bride and Groom’s first dance.
• 100 - 7" x 5" prints of your choice from those displayed on our website.
• Four 'A4' sized prints of your choice.
• Additional prints can be ordered as required.

• Client consultations
• The photographer’s time.
• Traveling to and from venues. (within a reasonable distance)
• Your gallery hosted on our website for 3 months.
  (Password protected if desired) 

• Bridal Preparations
  This can be added to the Silver and Gold Services for an additional fee.
  
  
• Wedding Album (Traditional or Reportage).
  Prices vary according to model, size, style, number of pages and overall presentation chosen.
  
  
• Additional Prints
  Within a wide range of sizes, styles & finishes  (e.g. glossy/satin, canvas mounts etc)
  
  
• DVD Disc - This disk provides you with a variety of items.
  A backup of your prints taken by Berry Photography.
  High resolution files of each image suitable for printing at your leisure.
  A slideshow of your images for you to view on your PC.
  Web-size files of each image for you to place on the WEB or for E-mailing to your relations and friends.

Relax, we can come to you; feel free to talk to us about your ideas; 

What we can offer

• Portrait Sessions taken in your own home, perfect for babies and young children. As a father and grandfather I have ‘almost’ endless patience with children. We bring mobile background and lights.

OR

• Location Portraits taken at a beauty spot of your choice, this may help make your images more memorable.

• Each session is unique; on average it may last for approx. 1 hour +, but the exact time will vary according to circumstances. At least 50 images will be taken during the session.
• The proofs from the session will be hosted on our website. Entry to view can be controlled by password if desired.

Prints - We can supply you with any number of your chosen prints. We also offer multi aperture prints allowing you to bring together you favourite images in one large print.

A DVD Disk can also be supplied.
